Lily Cole

!!!WARNING!!!
Content might be offensive/inappropriate for some.
Contains nudity. You have been warned

You always hear people say it's hard to find someone who's got both the looks and the brains. But according to what I've been studying in my social psychology class and this article, people who are attractive get better grades, so it should actually be easy to find beautiful smart people.

After reading the article, I went to Google those beautiful smart people mentioned in the article to see if they are really that beautiful and smart, and I got rather obsessed with Lily Cole. Possibly because she's around the same age and actually really smart (straight A's for A-levels and first-class honors for her first and second year in university).

Evidence from Google Image proved that Lily Cole is indeed very beautiful,
in that unique model way anyway.

Mesmerized by her beauty and a sucker for artsy model shots, I did more googling...

She has such a wide range of look and expression, it's just amazing.
No wonder she was awarded Model of the Year at the 2004 British Fashion Award,
and got nominated again in 2007.

She's earning a heck load being such a high status model *jealous* and she also does quite a bit of humanitarian and environmental work I think. So she's a pretty awesome person overall, though there is one thing that bothers me. If you really think about it, she's actually selling her body for a living (TOK moment! XD).

Is it justifiable though that it is for the sake of art and that it is actually a professional career? I mean isn't she already getting paid a fortune without having to bare it all? In case you are wondering, Playboy isn't that distasteful. The last three pictures are from Paradis, some French porn (go figure!).

Oreo Sippy Cup

This TV ad has actually been on for quite some time now, but I just didn't have the time to blog about it. Since my Integrated Marketing Communications lecturer encourages us to watch more ads, I'm going to share one of my current favorite ad with you guys =)

This is the one they play in Malaysia. It is originally the Indonesian version.

Upon YouTube-ing for the one I saw on TV, I found out they have a Chinese version as well.

This is the Caucasion version.
Not sure which country it originated from or whether it was the first original version.
I find the kid's "ha-ha" in this version not as cute as the one in the other two version.

*HA-HA*

KTM Ladies Coach

My brother wanted to go down to Time Square to celebrate his girlfriend's birthday so mum decided to go down to KL as well by TRAIN! She said she wanted to familiarize herself with the public transport system so she can go down to KL by herself next time (I really don't know why she fears driving down to KL =S). Since mum didn't want to go alone, I accompanied her with the thought of going to shop at KLCC =P (though we ended up window shopping only -_-'')

It's been a while since I last took the train down to KL, and for someone like me who seldom pay attention to the news, I was quite surprised by the ladies coach concept.

The middle coach of the Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM) is now reserved for ladies only AT ALL TIMES.

Banners are put up at the station to marked the waiting area for the ladies coach.
The poles were even painted pink in some of the stations.

These stickers can also be seen on the middle coach's windows.

As most of you will know, the train is a great place for perverts to explore, especially during peak hours where you have nowhere to run because everyone is packed like sardines. To reduce the amount of sexual harassments, Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) came up with this ladies only coach solution. Though the reason behind this concept is good, I find it a bit ridiculous and unnecessary.

WHY?
  1. It is sexist. Female and kids (little boys below the age of 12 are allowed in the coach if accompanied by a female caretaker) can sexually harass passengers too.
  2. Nobody adheres to the rules unless an officer is monitoring at the station. My brother got on the ladies coach along with me and mum. There were a few other male passengers on board too.
  3. If officers need to be hired to make sure only females board the ladies coach, the price of the train ticket is most likely going to increase and everybody will start complaining.
  4. It is unfair to male passengers during peak hours. But the officers didn't care about them boarding the ladies coach then.
  5. Because of No. 4 above, it defeats the purpose of having a ladies coach in the first place. Peak hours are perverts' happy hour.
  6. We are going backwards in terms of development. Women did not fight for their rights to vote so they can have a coach all to themselves.
  7. It is an insult to women, implying that we cannot fend for ourselves and need such an exclusive benefit to protect us.

All that said, I do quite enjoy not having to rub my ass against unwanted hands, asses and crotches. Maybe I was just lucky to board the train during non-peak hours. I have experienced squeezing myself into a metro in Singapore numerous times before and it was definitely not pleasant even without mysterious hands wandering around.

On a side note, how do you pronounce 'koc'? I'm not sure whether it's because I don't speak Malay very well or I just happened to be thinking dirty...but I pronounced 'koc' as 'cock' when I first saw the word and was wondering what the hell 'koc wanita' means until I read the English translation -_-''

I'm a virgin. SO WHAT?!

Yes, I'm a 20-year-old virgin. It's not like I'm against pre-marital sex. I just believe that my first-time should be with someone that I really love. It is just unfortunate that I have not met that special someone yet. Besides, according to the Durex's Summer 2007 newsletter, the average age for Malaysians to lose their virginity is above 22-years. So there's still plenty of time *hehehe*  =P

In the mean time, I shall learn how to use a condom the proper way. So when the time comes, at least I'll know what to do if he doesn't XD

  1. Open the condom pack carefully, ensuring that you don't accidentally tear the condom.
  2. Expel air out from the condom tip by pinching the tip of the condom (I didn't know you have to do this =S) and roll it all the way down the shaft of a hard cock.
  3. Use water-based lubricants. Never use oil-based lubricants as oil damages the condom.
  4. After 'cumming' hold onto the base of the condom and gently pull out the cock while the cock is still hard. (I didn't know this either...)
Note: Instructions copied from a brochure for World Aids Day to promote safe-sex by PT Foundation.

This post is prompted by the "safe-sex package" that I got a few days ago on campus during the NGOw Week, from the PT Foundation (a.k.a. Pink Triangle) booth in support of World AIDS Day (1st December). It is for the benefit of those who do not know how to use a condom properly due to the lack of sex ed. Malaysia really needs to put more effort in improving this aspect of education in schools. Although it may increase promiscuity in this rather conservative country, it is most definitely better than having an increase number of people with HIV/AIDS, abortion and so on due to unprotected sex.

HAPPY FUCKING PEOPLE =)
STAY SAFE!

In memory of Yoshito Usui

The creator of Crayon Shin-Chan went to Mount Arafune for a hike on September 11, 2009 (coincidence??) and never returned. His family reported him missing the next day, and his body was finally found on the 19th.

The 51-year-old cartoonist created the most "adorable" anime kid ever. He will be remembered as long as Shin-Chan continues to perform his infamous Ass Dance *hehehe* =)
